Due to most of our items being made to order we are unable to cancel any orders after the purchase has been completed. Once the item is purchase it is automatically sent directly to our warehouse for production and dispatch. (not including our unicorn glam box) Some of our items can be sent back for refunds after your purchase, this excludes custom items such as any order that has been made with names or custom text.
Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first. You will need to get a specific return address to our returns department. Do not send back merchandise to the return address on your label.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This excludes any custom orders that have been modified with custom text or name.
To return your product please contact us for the address to send your items back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not supply return shipping labels.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Tiny Fantasy Land, LLC is not responsible for checking that your address is correct. Please make sure to use your correct address when purchasing. After you place an order we cannot modify or change your address once the item(s) ship.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Unicorn Glam Box Subscription
The Unicorn Glam box is a monthly subscription. This can be cancelled at any time by using the link that was provided in the email sent to you after the order. Once you purchase the subscription you cannot cancel your first box. We ship around the 15th-20th of each month. The cut off date for the current month is the 10th, if you purchase after that date you will receive your box the following month. You will be charged on the 1st of each month.
All plans besides the mystery box auto-renew when completed, however individuals may cancel renewal at ANY time! If individuals prefer for the plan to not renew, they can either cancel anytime after ordering via “My Account” or email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the cancellation.
Unicorn Glam Boxes Boxes ship between the 20th-25th of each month. New subscribers that sign up after the 13th of the month will ship on the 20th-25th of the upcoming month.
Long term plans are charged fully upfront. For all 3 and 6 month subscriptions no partial refunds will be accepted upon the receipt of the first monthly box. The 1 month plan is our monthly pay option. Prices include all shipping and taxes!
Again the renewal (subsequent charge) my be cancelled at anytime, but a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription will not receive a refund after receipt of the first months box.
There are no returns or refunds on custom orders. This includes any custom design or text that is entered by the buyer while purchasing. If there is some error due to our part we will work to make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1913 Sedona Paseo Ln Las Vegas Nevada US 89128.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
